Digital Product Policy

All recipes are sold as digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase only if the file has not yet been downloaded or accessed.
After the download or access has been provided, cancellations are no longer possible.

Issues With Your Order

If you experience technical issues (such as not receiving the file or being unable to open it), please contact us within 24 hours at [maria@maribeldesserts.com].
We will gladly resend the file or assist you in resolving the issue.

Errors

If there is an error in the recipe file (such as missing pages or incorrect formatting), we will provide a corrected version promptly.
